We accept return and refund for product(s) with quality issue.
The good(s) returned should be attached with the invoice and be in good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition and in original shipping container as received. If the good(s)/product(s) has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Our company will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the issue of the good(s)/product(s), customer will receive their refund within 30 working days after the confirmation. For credit card and e-wallet transactions, the money will be credited back to your credit card/e-wallet; while for online bank transfers, please provide us your bank account details for the refund.
